The Ballistic Advantage Performance Series of barrels offer a ton of improvements over standard offerings. This 10.3” AR-15 barrel is chambered in 5.56 NATO and features the lightweight Hanson profile. It is made from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with a durable and slick QPQ salt bath Nitride finish for long term corrosion resistance while the barrel extension features a Nickel Boron coating. The M4 feed ramps are a high wear point and the harder Nickel Boron will stand up to thousands of rounds pressing against it. The carbine length low profile gas block comes from the factory pre-installed and pinned for a rock solid and reliable setup. The 1:7 twist rate helps to stabilize heavier rounds especially out of a barrel this short. Threaded 1/2x28 for all your favorite muzzle brakes, so you can launch fireballs down range. High pressure tested, and magnetic particle inspected, this Ballistic Advantage 5.56 barrel is great for building your next carbine.
